As part of the Memorandum of Understanding between “KMU” NCJSC and the EREBUNI Medical Academy Foundation (Yerevan, Republic of Armenia), from September 14, 2026, to September 24, 2026, Bauyrzhan Kadenovich Omarkulov, Candidate of Medical Sciences and Professor at the Department of Family Medicine, conducted sessions as part of an academic mobility program for fifth-year undergraduate students in the “General Medicine” educational program at the Department of Therapeutic Disciplines.
Additionally, on September 15–16, 2026, Professor B. K. Omarkulov, head of the “Nursing Science” doctoral educational program, met at the Erebuni Foundation Medical Academy with the academy’s leadership and international experts on leadership development in nursing (Armenia, Georgia, Israel, Türkiye, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States). They discussed issues related to developing syllabi and organizing simulation courses based on evidence-based nursing practice.

By the invitation of the international organization SIGMA Nursing (Alina Kushkyan, Marie-Louise Luiking, Karen Morin), Professor B. K. Omarkulov presented on the prospects and upgrade of the doctoral educational program in “Nursing Science” in the Republic of Kazakhstan at the 4th International Congress of Nurses in Armenia on September 18–19, 2026. Participants included program directors, faculty members, nurses, and deans of schools of nursing education from Armenia, Georgia, Israel, Türkiye, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Philippines, China, and etc. Following these meetings, the program director B. K. Omarkulov, and academic teaching staff of "Karaganda Medical University" NCJSC are invited to participate in the development of Nightingale Declaration for A Healthy World.
